Excelente lugar y muy concurrido, así como para tomar el cafesito y pasar el rato, al estar a un lado del WTC y en la esquina de Insurgentes es por excelencia un lugar de encuentro muy común... El personal es atento y servicial, te ayudan con las opciones de tu bebidas y alimentos, al igual que todos los Starbucks el precio es un poco elevado pero si te gusta el ambiente y el producto, realmente vale la pena... En cuestión de espacio es amplio pero se llena rápido los chicos de barra son movidos y el tiempo de espera es relativamente poco pero hay fila regularmente, el segundo piso es más tranquilo y te ayuda a pasar el rato de manera más cómoda...

Soy fan de frapuchino, pero se me hace un robo comprar un capuchino grande con leche de coco ( con costo extra la leche) al mismo precio que el frapuchino ; y para acabarla de amolar más espuma en el vaso que contenido. Al final aunque te quejes el personal no sabe como reaccionar o solo te dice que esa es la preparación y son los costos aunque en su página digan que las leches vegetales no tienen costo

Horrible. Go to another Starbucks. Literally the worst one. Terrible “service”, DISGUSTING bathrooms, the person at the door always follows you around, and they tried to give us our change back in only coins, almost 40 dollars in coins!!! When I said why coins the cashier laughed at me!!! WHAT A SHAME THIS PLACE! Worst...

Average, and the tables were dirty. I didn't like my beverage and when I returned it they didn't offer me another one, just to fix the one I disliked. I'm not sure if that's the standard procedure but in other Starbucks I've been to they even give you another...
