It was nice to be elevated and apart from the bustle of the lower deck of the airport. The server was short and impatient. Food was subpar quality for the incredible food Mexico City is known for. I had the tortilla soup in a bowl, which was really a cup and looked nothing like the picture, and it was lukewarm. I then had the Arrachera steak, their most expensive dish. It was chewy, very hard to cut, with a lot of stringy tendons that were inedible. 30 minutes prior to closing, they threw water on the floor by me and started mopping. I had to walk myself and my luggage across wet, slippery floors.

Food is quite good (compared with other options inside the airport), service is really quick and the waitresses are really friendly. The only thing is that when it’s really crowded, it’s difficult to move around , specially if you have bags.
