I was excited to see this location in the airport since I enjoyed it in San Miguel de Allende.

Unfortunately I just had a VERY poor experience. While sitting in the restaurant I asked for ice, in Spanish, for my smoothie because the airport is very hot.

There were 3 servers at the time I was there, around 2:30 to 3:10. I asked the only female server. She then proceeded to ignore me. When I realized I was being ignored I tried to get her attention. At one point, one of her colleagues jokingly yelled "ICE! ICE! ICE!", in English, and she ignored him as well.

I then used Google Translate to understand from her male colleagues why she wasn't helping me. She told them to tell me she doesn't speak English which isn't a viable reason because I requested ice in Spanish. I repeated, "un vaso con hielo", to her male colleague and he understood me without issue.

Her behavior was unacceptable and makes me feel like I was being discriminated against. If you're black or don't speak Spanish well I recommend avoiding this location. I really enjoy the juices from your company, after this, experience I won't be a returning customer.

It sucks that this has to be my last experience here after having such a great...

I ordered quesadillas here and they were flavorful. A total of three came with my order, and of the three, two were my favorites. The quesadilla with flor the calabaza, a classic in Mexico City, was very tasty, and the cheese with mushrooms was very well seasoned. The salsa was a great accompanyment to the food as it had some kick to it, but it wasn't too spicy to enjoy. Additionally, the tortillas were a perfect thickness and held up to the salsa well. My spouse and I both ordered aguas frescas which were refreshing and not too sweet.

The reason for the four stars is that the service was a bit dry. People in Mexico tend to be warmer and accomadating. It could have been that the location was inside the airport, but the greeter could have been a bit more welcoming.

Other than that, if you are looking for health concious food at the Benito Juarez airport, this is...

Worse experience at this airport with this restaurant. Why give ppl your menu and take them inside if you're not planning on providing service? My 3 cousins and I seated and after taking our order we were ignored and our food was never brought out. Four servers asked us our order before we had a chance to look over the menu. Once we placed our order we waited almost an hour for our food. We had to repeat our coffee orders. Mean while everyone around us, even people who arrived way after we did, received their food. We left and only paid for the coffees, which was brought out as we were leaving. One of my cousins pointed out that we looked different then the rest of the customers and might have been the reason for the treatment. We were the only ones with darker complexion. This place was not that busy and they had plenty of staff. I saw no reason for...

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a healthy and fresh dining option inside Mexico City International Airport. I enjoyed a freshly squeezed orange juice and a grilled chicken salad with crisp, fresh veggies—everything was delicious and felt wholesome. They also sell fresh fruit, and I couldn’t resist picking up some raspberries (such a rare find in an airport!). The service was exceptionally friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. This spot is a must-try if you’re at the airport and looking for something fresh and nutritious. I’ll definitely return next time my travels bring me through here!

Highly overrated with horrendous food, prices and services. Tacos tasted stale, gave 2 chips for extra guacamole. Who would have known chips are a valuable resource? Service horrible - had to call down a waiter to order. To top it off I couldn't leave a 7% tip (only 10 or 15% per waiter). I went for the reviews which are either fake or people don't know how to rate.
