Wingstop — Restaurant in Mexico City

Good place to get wings/boneless. Since it's a franchise the flavor is pretty aligned with other locations from same brand. They have varied flavors for their wings/boneless options which can be mixed in the same order/plate (2 flavors per order max). They have soft drinks and beer but from one brand (family) only. There's promotions for different days of the week. This particular location has a nice open terrace where even if it's a hot day you can still be comfortable. Inside the AC is not efficient so in hot days it gets a little uncomfortable. Staff is ok however they're " not allowed/able to move you and your party to another table between inside and the terrace. If you want to seat outside you'll have to wait. They can't take some credit card terminals to your table so they ask you to go to their front...

#38000000503 Esta era por mucho mi sucursal favorita pero todo cambio el pasado 31 de diciembre. Intente programar el envío de mi pedido para las 22hrs por Uber Eats sin éxito, por lo tanto llame a la sucursal y me comentaron que cerrarían a las 20 hrs y por eso no podía programarlo, entonces le pregunte a la chica que que tomo mi llamada cual era el mejor medio para hacer mi orden y así evitar el precio alto que uber eats maneja, por lo que me proporciono el WhatsApp de Wingstop y me recomendó hacer mi pedido a las 19:30. Por si las dudas lo hice en punto de las 19 hrs siguiendo la recomendación de la chica de hacerlo directamente con ellos por whatsapp. Después de hacerme el cargo me llegaron varios mensajes diciendo que los repartidores ya se habían ido a descansar por lo que tuve que volver a llamar y me dijeron que ya estaban trabajando mi orden pero que debía ir a recogerla, así que tuve que salir. Cuando volví a casa y comenzamos a comer nos dimos cuenta que no había una sola alita, tampoco eran boneless, ni a retazo de pollo llegaba lo que me habían puesto, parecía que habían empanizado las sobras del pollo por que era lo ultimo que tenían, (sobras). Quede mal con mi familia pues les había garantizado que seria una buena opción de cena de fin de año, evitando cocinar y salir a la calle a comprar cena. Estoy sumamente decepcionada y me arrepiento de no haber utilizado Uber Eats, seguramente mi orden...

I purchased 44 pcs of boneless wings to take away: 20 original, and 24 lemon pepper, the lemon pepper ones on the first hand were not boneless, and on the second hand they taste nothing at all, no lemon no pepper, the worst purchase I ever made, not recommended at all, if anyone else wants to purchase in the Wings stop please check every thing ver well, otherwise you will be as disappointed as I am, I will never go again to...
