Sometimes the ingredients make a dish not what you expect it. Such was the case today. Which is unlike VIPS as I have dine here often and it has always been great. Today the meal was not up to par and I did not eat it, it's nobody's fault. It happens. What seldom happens is a rebuttal from management but it was such today as the manager came to see me twice once to offer me an alternative meal without a charge; the other to advise me there was no charge for it. En ocasiones anteriores, el servicio fue extraordinario; hoy regresé y fue una gran decepción 😞, han querido bajar costos de manera errónea, las meseras tienen que cobrar en sitio, lo cual alenta el servicio y genera una fuente de contaminación para tus alimentos, con el manejo de dinero en efectivo. La calidad de los platillos fue un fiasco. Pedí Machaca con huevo. La salsa rica, pero me sirvieron "3 hebras de machaca" y para acabarla no me dieron las tortillas de harina de este platillo.
