El Rey Bombon — Restaurant in Nayarit

I came to rey bombon under the recommendation of a friend that loves it and I went with high expectations, but it wasn't as good as I hope.

It's an open place that doesn't have air conditioning but has a fan on top of each table that works well on a day with little heat, I order a ceviche which was good and a shrimp burrito that lack flavor, the prices are very cheap and they serve very big dishes. The waiter was very nice and he offer us a free tequila shot at the end of our meal.

It was a quiet Friday night in LaCruz. Stopped in here for margheritas and guacamole. Nice family operated restaurant. Freshly made food, generous drink. All sorts of seafood dishes, including octopus toast. We got our groceries across the street at Super Mario's, so that's a plus for this spot in the convenience department. Did not originally plan to come here, but after our first choice bar was too full we can here to watch the Super Bowl. Looking back, we should have come here first! The food and drinks were reasonably priced and we had a whole flat screen TV to ourselves. The service was so friendly and the food was delicious.
