Vegan Paradice — Restaurant in Nayarit

What a great little gem of an ice cream shop in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. First off, this is something that is surprisingly difficult to find in the United States where their definition of dairy-free ice cream is raspberry lemon sorbet. No, this place had at least 8 different flavors of vegan ice cream based from coconut milk. I sampled a few and decided on the mint chocolate chip, it was very minty with hard chocolate chips in it. Very good! They also have several cones available, cups and baked goods. Very nice outdoor seating and an interesting area they share with a hostel behind. We visited the La Cruz location today and everything was simply WONDERFUL!

We liked the garden dining room. The cold Oreo Frappucinos with ice cream were the best we've ever had! Our sandwiches were super tasty with ingredients so fresh and healthy! Their award winning vegan cauliflower wings were also the best we've ever had! (6 with the spicy hot Buffalo sauce and 6 with the BBQ sauce, both excellent!). The chocolate mint vegan ice cream was Mmmmm😋

We also loved talking with Mar, one of the owners, who is so nice, genuine, and passionate about great healthy food🤗

We will be back for sure as we LOOOOVED everything...

I have an allergy to dairy so I was thrilled to find ice cream made with a coconut milk base. They have so many unique flavors such as lime basil, granola, passion fruit as well as the standard chocolate and vanilla - all delicious. My husband and I gradually tried many flavors - we started with two scoops and quickly progressed to getting sundaes every time! The owner is lovely and has created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We love Vegan Paradice and cannot wait to go...
