Absolutely delicioso! The food was amazing, the staff was delightful, and the ambiance was exceptional. A man played the harp while was ate. The pablano chili desert was worth everything. We, unfortunately, did not stay at the Grand Velas Hotel but we did go to Frida restaurant within the resort. We initially went for drinks and desert but when we looked at the menu everything sounded delicious so we decided to order dinner. The service was amazing! We were greeted by the beautifully dressed hostess who introduced us to our server, Armando. He was attentive but not intrusive, which is sometimes hard to balance.
