I've had good experiences here before, but this time was a disaster. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food, and then... the fries were very oily and undercooked, the burgers were cold, and the Western Bacon in particular had one small piece of bacon and one and a half tiny onion rings. Everytime I give a chance to this place I remember why I stopped going. Bad product quality, I requested the BBQ and honey mustard sauces, they were not included. Pésimo servicio por parte de los que atienden en el Drive-Thru.

Cero amabilidad y la señorita haciendo su trabajo de mala gana. Nos dejó en espera por lo menos 4 veces en lo que nos tomaba la orden (malteadas y 2 hamburguesas!) no entendimos como para que.

Luego al pasar a ventanilla, hizo el cobro y nos cerró la ventana en la cara. Luego la vuelve a abrir y nos pide PASAR A LA PUERTA PRINCIPAL Y QUE AHÍ NOS ENTREGAN EL PEDIDO, sin bajarnos del Coche. Que “que por qué le están tomando el tiempo”

Nos fuimos a entrada principal y se tardaron demasiado, para que mi pedido saliera en dos partes porque no se les avisó que eran varias cosas.

Ah y a parte, si no pides extras como pepinillos, chiles etc, en ventanilla TAMPOCO TE OFRECEN.

Cero amabilidad, cero Servicio al Cliente! O tal vez a esas chicas no les gusta su trabajo, que siempre están...
