THIS REVIEW IS EXCLUSIVELY ABOUT THE SERVICE, not the food:

When your CAPTAIN and waiter CARLOS noticed we had only asked for a bottle of water and a lemonade, they left the table and did not come back for another half hour until the other couple of guests arrived. The one giving us “service” was a skinny young man who at least tried to take our order. By the middle of the night (after we had ordered tequila) CARLOS showed up, willing to take our requests. YOUR SENIOR STAFF NEEDS RE-TRAINING and truly match the fantastic quality of your food.

Then we asked for the check…. The CAPTAIN decided to go over to a huge table first, even though we asked for the check first. Our final bill was $2700… we only left 10% tip, which we never do. We always leave 15-20%.

A WORD OF ADVICE: Senior waiters do take over the business and handle it their way especially if the owner is not around….And your younger generation of waiters are picking up on these bad manners.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. I finished only half of my portion and asked for containers to take the leftovers home. Our waiter took the leftovers out of our sight and returned with a closed box. Despite repeatedly telling him in English to put everything leftover into the container, we were shocked to find only my leftover steak when we got home. There were many items, such as beans, mashed potatoes, and guacamole, that I wanted to take with my steak. This was very unprofessional. Additionally, the waiter seemed unhappy to serve us and appeared eager for us to leave as soon...

Un restaurante clásico de Monterrey donde se combinan 5 diferentes tipos de cocina como Mexicana, Japonesa, China, Cortes de Carne, Mariscos, etc... Es un lugar bastante agradable y un tanto elegante, con un toque hawaiiano a sus alrededores. La comida es de buena calidad, muy rica, con una excelente atención por parte de todo su personal. Cuenta con un Menú de platillos bastante amplio. Todo en este lugar está muy buen cuidado, sin embargo, también el precio es un tanto alto debido lo mencionado anteriormente. El ambiente es más familiar y está acompañado de buena música como Jazz o Bossa Nova; así mismo en ocasiones se puede disfrutar de las bellas piezas tocadas por el pianista dentro del Restaurante.

Es un lugar que sin duda recomiendo ampliamente! Les recomiendo el Teppanyaki Sake (Salmón Noruego, con verduras orientales), y por supuesto no puede faltar el Cheese...
