Chili's — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Went there for breakfast as this was the only close restaurant. Chili's service was horrible as we waited an eternity, yet the restaurant only had 5 or 6 tables with people, 3 to wait on tables, and others who serve. The highlight was the coffee as it was exceptiona, just too bad we have to wait forever and had to flag someone down to get a refill. After the coffee, everything really goes downhill. The chiliaquiles were a fake, nothing more than tortilla nachos. The eggs we ordered over easy were over hard for both myself and wife. When served, no tortillas and we had to flag and wait. For the meal I ordered the additonal extra, ham. But the ham never come and due to how long it takes, my breakfast would be cold if I waited or completely finished so I just pass. In the middle of breakfast they bring toast, but no butter or jelly which of course we had to flag and wait for. And when we flag someone down for our check, the ham was of course on the order In the end we pay the bill and get two blak pay holders back, one ours, one someone elses. No urgency by the staff to provide decent customer never mind exceptional customer service. One guy, not our server did try to take care of us when we flag hime down,but the waitress was the absolute worse. No matter what the circumstances, we will never go to Chili's again. This is not the first time for a bad Chili's experence for just average / belwo average food, but this was the worst and the last time. There competitors are so much better. I do not know how they stay in business!! The irony of this is that my wife from Mexcio and always remind me how good service in Mexcio than USA. The food and service in this place is terrible, upon entering they seated us immediately because the place was empty After that no one came to our table, I asked the person who sat us who our waiter was and it was she herself who was talking with her colleagues, she took our order for drinks and appetizers, it took more than 15 minutes for her to bring it and The children's lemonades were missing, my beer jar was broken I had to wait for her to come back, after 10 more minutes the appetizers arrived along with the lemonades, the wings were raw, the waitress told the manager she apologized and he sent one more order that was good, when the food arrived it was not what chilli's sells everything was cold, my wife's pasta was dry and tasteless, the ribs were dry and hard to eat, the...

Probably the worst Chilli's restaurant ever. I went there twice and the food was quite near to the point of disgusting. The fish, the meet and everything else was covered with lots of carbon particles from the grill (apparenttly they don't clean the grill), all greasy and very bad taste. The stake was cold inside and burned outside; the behaviour of the staff was unprofessional (just busy will their smart phones and loud jokes). The first time they forgot me for an hour, even with very few clients in the dinning room. The second time they did not ask me if I would like something else.
