El Crisol — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Like the hotel this restaurant is outdated and living in the past...the corn soup was terrible told the manager and he did nothing about it...should have taken it off the bill...the Caesar salad was very good...plus the chicharrones Ramos with guacamole...the fideo tacos needed more flavor and texture...the chocolate cake we got to go and it was yummy later in our room...overall super expensive for just ok food....adding to my Review want down for brunch this morning...looked at the breakfast buffet it looked terrible and most of the trays were empty I guess they don't care...you need to fire your chef the guy is completely lazy and has no idea how to cook...ordered the chicken sandwich came with no mayo was as dry as the Sahara desert...only eat here if you have no alternative as it is barely passes for food... IHG needs to review this place as a hotel and restaurant as its below...

Mal, el desayuno buffet del domingo fue una verdadera decepción, ahora con esto de la pandemia tardan demasiado tiempo en servir porque no permiten que uno mismo se sirva, mucho mas tardado aun es pedir unos huevos al gusto, hay muy poca variedad sobre que elegir, los chilaquiles muy resecos, el menudo en trozos muy grandes, mal cortados, la comida sin sabor, mal sazón y el precio muy elevado para lo que es, lo unico bueno de este lugar fue el servicio de la chica que servía, fue muy amable y los meseros también se esmeraron por dar un buen servicio, por lo demas si quedaron a...

Llegando tuvimos que hacer fila, iba con una persona de la 3era. edad y no podía estar mucho tiempo de pie y no la invitaron a sentarse. No había platos suficientes en el momento de servirnos. Pedí un omelette y no fue lo que esperaba. Los nombres de los platillos casi todos decían "Regional", solo por conocer sabía lo que era y había muchos turistas, no sé si ellos si conocían. Pedimos pan dulce, no había. Pedimos café, se tardaron en servir. No había servilletas de tela o papel en mesa, también tuvimos que pedir. El menudo estaba tibio, no caliente. No sé...
