I was a person dining on my own with a Gopro camera, I do not speak fluent Spanish. For a Friday night it was empty it got more people in as the night went on, the waiters were wonderful very accommodating and doing their best to make me feel wanted as a paying diner. The restaurant manager couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact and made no attempt whatsoever to make me feel welcome. The food was nice but neither spectacular nor imaginative I had a flank steak that was nice, but had it been in somewhere like Texas (and I not from USA) they would of laughed me out the building. Kind of pricey but a great option. Great menu and excellent service. You MUST try the bone marrow (tuétano) and the Rib Eye steak, don't forget to ask for the handmade tortillas.

If you are lucky enough to get to the dessert, ask for the pistachio cake, it is delicious and big enough to share with your friends.

Es un lugar agradable, aunque puede ser algo difícil de ubicar, ya que no cuenta con un letrero grande. Si te pasas, prepárate para dar una vuelta considerable. Por suerte, cuentan con valet parking, lo cual resulta bastante cómodo.

El servicio fue excelente, con un equipo atento y amable. En cuanto a la comida, pedimos varios platillos para compartir. Probé la carne, aunque no en el término que me gusta, ya que la pidieron bien cocida, y para mí resultó un poco seca. Sin embargo, tengo la confianza de que en el término adecuado debe estar muy buena.

De los platillos al centro, el queso fundido con chorizo fue el más destacado, realmente sabroso. El guacamole estaba bien, aunque no sorprendente. También probamos una alcachofa acompañada de un dip delicioso, aunque no supe exactamente de qué era.

En cuanto a las salsas, tienen opciones picantes, y mi favorita fue la de chile piquín. Un detalle a considerar es el baño de mujeres, que es muy pequeño y algo incómodo.

Sobre el tema de los postres, también muy sabrosos, recomendados, sobre todo el flan y el brownie con helado. Sugiero acompañarlos de un buen café para disfrutar toda la experiencia.
