I recently ordered pizza to-go from Pizzas La Stazione, and I must say, I found it to be rather lackluster. As a pizza enthusiast, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations.

Después de ser cliente durante años (desde que tenían la sucursal en HEB San Nicolás), y recomendar este negocio, es muy decepcionante que una persona brinde un pésimo servicio y no reconozca su error y adicionalmente culpe al cliente.

Se realizó un pedido, atendió la llamada una persona cuyo desgano y poca atención al cliente resultaba notoria, se le pidió una pizza con Champiñón y Peperoni, estaba haciendo algo más, y distraído que no puso atención y de nuevo preguntó que de qué ingredientes solicitábamos la pizza; se le repitió que Champiñón y Peperoni, y que era un pedido para pasar a recoger.

Al llegar a nuestro domicilio, nos damos cuenta que era de jamón y champiñón, al llamar para quejarnos por el error, la misma persona que tomó el pedido, lo primero que me dice es que nosotros nos equivocamos, a lo cual mi respuesta es que no, que incluso durante la llamada se le había indicado los ingredientes y la primera ocasión no había puesto atención a nuestra respuesta.

Me dejó en espera diciéndole nuevamente a otra persona que el error era de nosotros. Me comunicó a la otra persona y me dijo que me enviaban otra pizza, con los ingredientes solicitados pero que me cobrarían el envío, mi razonamiento fue: yo no me equivoqué, porque tengo que esperar a que me envíes otra y todavía pagar el envío?

Alegaron que al entregar ellos validan que te entregan la pizza con los ingredientes que solicitaste y aún así al entregar la persona solo validó contra su pedido, mismo que anotó mal.

Y aún así, si el error se detectaba al recoger el pedido hubiese tocado esperar a que realizaran otra con los ingredientes correctos solo porque a la persona se le dificultó tomar un pedido correctamente.

Pero lo que más molesta es que desde un inicio fue incapaz de reconocer su error y culpar al cliente.

Muy mala experiencia, que me hace cambiar mi anterior opinión y buscar...

I absolutely love this place. It's a very different pizza from the usual fast food experience, more like a homey style plus the thick crust is nice and toasty.
