Sirloin Stockade Galerias — Restaurant in Nuevo León

This has to be the most misleading name for a restaurant. Highly confused as to why you have to pay extra for the steak/sirloin when the price is already $259 Pesos or $13 USD/person. They have somewhat of a variety of food but it's all cold and bland. I waited in line for the Asian food and they didn't even pay attention to me. They simply looked at me waiting and turned back around. When I finally got the cheffs attention he told me to wait and come back in 15 minutes. I came back and this is what he gave me. The noodles were undercooked and the meat was burnt. Again with no flavor. The wait staff here seem bothered when you ask them for things and we had to ask for refills. En salida y busqueda a dónde ir a comer llegamos a galerias Mty. teniendo en mente hamburguesa por comida y Caminando por el pasillo lateral por donde circula el trenecito vimos el sirloin y optamos por entrar. Al momento del cobro para ingresar al bufete y ya una vez puesto mi firma electrónica por el monto de dos personas demora y me dice la cajera que no pasa mi tarjeta ¿...?, debido a que la terminal tiene mala recepción de señal a lo que pregunto si el cargo fue hecho indica que No y para tranquilidad imprime de la terminal un historial del último cobro, ok, para esto me pasan a pagar a la caja de a lado donde la terminal recibe señal por medio de cable y el cobro hecho con normalidad. Sugerencia verifiquen que los aparatos cuenten con carga suficiente y buena conexión para evitar este tipo de demoras y detalles. Pasando al bufete fuimos muy bien atendidos y recibidos por los jóvenes responsables de la mesa que a su area correspondía. El bufete rico, variado y caliente, las bebidas en el refill de buen sabor, el cambio de platos utilizados sobre la mesa fue al poco tiempo de haber degustado las guarniciones donde lugar para continuar calmando el apetito feroz.., rica repostería y cafe caliente. Al salir fue solo eso salimos, esperaba un gracias por visitarnos, los esperamos, vuelvan pronto ò hasta luego, ya que al pasar por un grupo de jóvenes con apariencia de ejecutivos de ahi solo nos señalaron la puerta diciendo "es por la puerta".
