I visited this place at peak time 10-11am Thursday and it was busy although I only had to wait 5 mins to be seated. The staff are professional and friendly and there is a good vibe throughout the place. I ordered off the menu chilaquiles with 2 extra eggs. Place is ok, maybe not too cozy and loud. More decoration is encouraged. Staff is friendly, service is pretty fast so it is a great option to have breakfast if you’re in a rush. I tried the eggs with salsa guajillo, nopal and cheese with a side of rajas and potatoes and it was pretty tasty. Pancakes looked good to, good portions and price is very adequate. Fui a probar el chile en Nogada, la verdad me gustó mucho, es uno de los mejores que he probado y vaya que he probado en muchas partes del país, el relleno jugoso no muy dulce con sus pasas, durazno etc. bien preparado , la salsa muy buena y me gustó el toque tricolor que le pusieron con granada roja, almendra blanco y perejil para el verde , una porción muy buena porque el chile era grande y a un precio $260 que pareció muy bien ,muy justo, a diferencia de otras partes en que lo he probado hasta en $500 y no lo valían. El servicio muy bueno, el mesero muy amable y el ambiente muy bien, sin duda regreso.

Pues regrese hoy 15 marzo 2025, después de medio año que no lo visitaba y ha decaído mucho este restaurante, el servicio pésimo, me dejaron esperando casi una hora por un plato que nunca llegó a mi mesa, pero si a mí cuenta! Cambiaron el menú, mucho más reducido y platos comunes, nada llamativo como antes, quitaron por ejemplo el chile relleno con mole, una decepción completa, espero que las otras sucursales...
