This was one of the best taco places we visited on our vacation to Monterrey. Everything is fresh and made to order. This is the traditional take on trompo tacos. But by far the best item on the menu in my opinion were the picaña tacos. If you eat here do yourself a favor and try one, you'll definitely want more. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

Ambiente tranquilo, con mucha fila para ingresar, tardando como 20 minutos (contando que dejaban entrar a sentarse gente que recien se formaba) Un menu con gran variedad de tacos y carnes, y demas platillos. Cada platillo se sirvio a distintos tiempos, y no todo lo ordenado de unq vez. Los tacos de bistec y trompo estan buenos, pero nada del otro mundo. La papa mixta tiene una buena cantidad de queso y papa, pero en carne de bistec y trompo solo una pequeña capa que se termina pronto, ademas de que ambas carnes no estaban calientes al momento de servirse. Junto con la papa te dan 2 paquetes de galletas saladas, y en casa de necesitar mas, se cobran extra (aunque en mi caso nunca llegaron, pero nos dieron un taquito de trompo de cortesia) En general, es un buen establecimiento que te saca del apuro del hambre, pero existen mejores.

Yeah, they're that good. Los frijoles especiales con trompo estan de maravilla. If you come to Monterrey (San Nicolas) this is the place to eat. You will not be disappointed. Downside is that they open till 4pm. But it's worth the wait. I guarantee it.
