Café Botánico Pto. Escondido — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Highly recommend. I work from my computer at coffee shops 2-3 times a week, and Botanico is the most comfortable spot I've found to work from in Puerto. There are other good ones, but I like this one in particular because: (1) it's fresher than most, (2) it has a bug net to the outside so almost no flies or mosquitoes, plus you do get a breeze from outside, (3) the food and drinks are pretty good and they have a bit of everything, and (4) the people who work here are really nice and friendly. I've come in the morning and afternoon, both shifts are great.

Normally I dont leave any Review never, but I feel the need to tell you about your Moka frappe, It literally taste like a Wood box 🥲. I asked to a very nice woman at the front bar if the taste was right. She took the drink to someone else, she came back with my drink and she told me that It was the right taste, (horrible) but she offered me to add some coffe to make It better ( It didn't work) so I took It to go and trash It. Recientemente, mi esposa y yo decidimos tomarnos un tiempo para nosotros y fuimos a comer a Café Botánico en Puerto Escondido. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos impresionó la frescura del lugar y cómo estaba bien protegido contra las moscas, lo que lo hace muy agradable para comer. Además, nos encantó que el área de juegos para niños está ubicada en un jardín grande y seguro, lo que definitivamente nos hace querer regresar con nuestro hijo en el futuro.

El servicio fue excepcional. Nuestro mesero, Levi, fue muy amable, sonriente y atento. Nos ayudó a elegir nuestras comidas y aclaró todas nuestras dudas. Pedimos baguettes, uno de carne frías y otro de cuatro quesos, acompañados de una bebida y un frappuccino que mi esposa adoró.

La panadería del lugar es increíble. Aunque estábamos llenos, no pudimos resistirnos a probar un rollo de canela sin gluten que estaba delicioso y perfecto para quienes, como yo, deben evitar el gluten. Mi esposa también compró un pan de masa madre para su mamá, y los precios son muy accesibles.

Un aspecto que realmente quiero destacar es la limpieza del lugar, especialmente los baños. Es fundamental para mí que un restaurante mantenga sus baños limpios y ordenados, y Café Botánico lo hace de manera excelente. Es un lugar donde te sientes cómodo y bien atendido en todos los sentidos.

Café Botánico es un lugar que vale la pena conocer. Ofrecen un ambiente acogedor, un excelente servicio y una comida deliciosa. ¡Definitivamente volveremos con nuestro hijo para disfrutar de su...
