As an Italian I know what authentic Italian food tastes like, and the Italian Food Lab is really a little piece of Italy in Puerto Escondido. During our stay my bf and I have come here many times because the quality of their plates has always been exceptional. The lasagne are delicious, the arancini ragù stunning, and the tiramisù is much better than a lot of tiramisù you can try in Italy.
