A small joint in Huatulco's downtown, it is always busy with locals and visitors alike. They have a good variety of dishes in their menu that is both in English and Spanish. Mexican cuisine, the kind you would have at family gatherings. Seating arrangements may be a thing to consider, and the ambience is simple and laid back, very much like a street stand. My favorite is pozole (a corn kernel soup like dish with pork or chicken meat that you garnish with lettuce, radish, onion and oregano, and spice up with red chilli pepper flakes), but they have tostadas, quesadillas, flautas (crispy fried chicken tacos) with sour cream and shredded soft cheese on top. The salsa selection is good, but may be too spicy for some, so be wary to try before topping one of your tacos. Fresh fruit flavored water, beers and pops to drink. And an awesome friendly service, that is not fully bilingual, but know enough to meet your needs is what characterize this place as a favorite for hubby and I. We always take our friends here when they visit. The price is extremely reasonable (full meals for about MXN 150 P/P, with a beer) and we always try to support family run business. Definitely a...

My ribs were tasty, kind of tender but quite dry. Wouldn't order them again, though the small green salad that accompanied the ribs was good. Note, this is a tiny, but clean, no-frills place for...
