Mango Tree puerto escondido — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Went this last friday and had a coffee and a juice.. Although there was a long wait for the change I didnt mind and the drinks and service were good..Came again today and order our juices and a coffee to go..One of servers was trying to fix the coffee machine..By the time we got all the drinks and the change I had finished one of my juices and asked one of the baristas if he had a trash for my cup and he went crazy on me..Started to loudly ashame me in front of the whole place saying that if I was gonna drink so fast I should have avoid the plastic cup and order on a glass in there because of the environment..Listen..I have nothing against protecting the environment but his attitude was completely unfair and awkward, specially when it was their fault that I could not get my drink fast enough to go on my walk while drinking..I work with customer service as well and even if I was in the wrong (which I wasn't) there is a way to speak with your customers..The experience was embarrassing and his attitude extremely overreacted for a simple question of where was the nearest trash bin..its a shame because the other server was great and I feel that they put a lot of love in their...

Waitress brought the wrong dish to me, then didn't believe us so went to check her notes, then when she released she'd made a mistake told us that we just had to wait and that it "wasn't McDonald's..." Yes, in McDonald's they usually get the order right, and also don't demand us to pay tip...

Food was expensive and not particularly good. Atmosphere was nice the location is pretty and the people making the food seemed happy... But our waitress"Nancy" was rude and like I say food not particularly good. The mix makes me not able to recommend this place I am afraid.
