McDonald's — Restaurant in Oaxaca

I’ve had breakfast at this McDonald’s many times over the years. I can always count on one thing: it is open for breakfast. As a visitor to Oaxaca, after a week of chilaquiles and entomatadas, I want to have a break and enjoy something familiar like hotcakes and bacon.

Sadly, the bacon is always barely cooked and the eggs are never recently cooked. The pancakes are served extra thick and the opposite of fluffy.

I’m always greeted when I enter this restaurant with a look of indifference plus boredom. Smiles must cost extra here. They’ll mount your food tray with jelly, syrup, salsa, a spoon and a fork but not a napkin. When i returned to the counter to ask for a napkin, the employee pointed at the small napkin dispenser to my right as if to say: there they are, are you blind?

I’ll return later but perhaps only for lunch. The breakfast routine is weak at...

He ido a este McDonald's desde que lo abrieron y he sido un cliente bastante, bastante recurrente. He visto gerentes ir y venir a lo largo de los años e, incluso, algunos los he visto en la sucursal de plaza del valle. Muchos de los empleados que vi iniciar su trabajo ahí me los he encontrado como grandes profesionistas en otras empresas.

Por lo anterior me atrevo a comentar que, en los últimos 2 años, ese restaurante ha decaído considerablemente.

Los precios han subido demasiado año con año. La atención a disminuido y, no todos, sus empleados son amables. Muchos me ha tocado que me ponen malas expresiones cuando les digo que se equivocaron en el sabor de mi refresco o que me regalen más catsup. Comprendo que estén cansados pero no es culpa del comenzal.

Ya van varias veces que mi hamburguesa está servida como si la lanzaran o como si le pusieran sus ingredientes muy de golpe y así me la entregan.

Lo peor del lugar son los baños. Están asquerosos, no importa la hora del día a la que vayas. Mucha culpa lo tienen los clientes que no tienen cultura de higiene. Sin embargo he pasado 5 horas seguidas dentro del restaurante (hasta más) y no veo que nadie haga el aseo, por más mínimo, del lugar. Tiene un olor desagradable que, en algunas ocasiones, logra llegar hasta las mesas más cerca del lugar.

Clientes: No dejen que los empleados hagan la encuesta de satisfacción por ustedes con el pretexto de regalarles un cupón. Háganla ustedes para que volteen a ver la calidad e...

The restaurant is very well managed, far better than McDonald's in the United States and I'm a Gringo. :) On second visit (Wednesday, 3:00 PM, May 28th) the service was slower than a glacier. It was very chaotic for the workers. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 and the service from 5 stars to 1. They need a better system. I would have liked to have ordered ice cream after my meal but I didn't want to wait 20...
