Meson Posado Huatulco Al Natural — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Today, for breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised with the place and the strictness of the cleaning and disinfecting. The tables are separated and have spacers so you can feel comfortable/safe (?). The menu is varied, but I had molletes, one basic traditional breakfast, that had a little something that I liked: mayonnaise. Service was great, attentive but not overwhelming, coffee was strong enough to be called coffee, but not so strong that you needed to add sugar or milk to drink. My friend asked for a juice she didn't (personally) like and we were not charged for it. The only reason I'm not giving a full mark is because the ambience may not be for all as it is in a hotel. I was upstairs sports bar. Very unstable floor, vibrates when people walk by. I was having a coke. Got up caught heel on stool it fell over. Next day manager makes a big deal out of this. Takes me upstairs to show me the stool. I sat on it, it fell over again. He acted like I smashed the place up. A simple accident on an unstable floor. Customers laughed at vibrating floor said it would collapse in an earth quake. Place would be shut down...

A great place to go in Las Crucecitas/Huatulco if you have vegetarians or vegans in your party. They actually have a section on the menu with vegetarian options, many with tofu so you have a real protein source instead of just pasta or salads. Also meat options for the non-vegetarians.
