I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon around 4 PM. The inside of the restaurant was almost full, but as no reservation was needed, I was able to find one of the last 2 tables. I was greeted at the door by Bertin, (he says he also goes by Sebastian), I have to stop here and give this young man a shout out for all of his efforts!! Excellent service! This young man was kind, patient, and made sure that he got everything correct - which he did perfectly! I started my meal with Chowder de Mariscos. $115 pesos. This is definitely is one of my go to’s… it is a favorite of mine. It is a hearty, flavorful, creamy chowder with potato, carrots and celery. It has a slight coconut flavor to it, not spicy but very delicately flavored. not too heavy. My only disappointment was that the only seafood in my bowl was one medium shrimp, and one blue mussel, a few more pieces of seafood would have perfectly completed the experience. Next, I had the Camarones El Cajún $270. Pesos This was the first time I tried this dish. It came to me in a large soup bowl. There were eight very good sized shrimp with the heads on, added flavor!! The sauce (soup like) accompanying the shrimp was so delicious. It was very gently spiced. I didn’t really feel that it was spicy, but I would say it could be considered medium by some people. I really loved this dish. The flavors were incredible. I couldn’t finish the whole thing, so II took it home for later. I had a very pleasant experience, the staff were super friendly and I thought the food was excellent. Value for my dollar? It’s comparable to other similar restaurants. Thank you El Cajún!

This spot was okay and service was good, but the music was basically dance music. It was earlier than the supper-time crowd but neither us nor the couple of other tables were the dance music crowd. We both had Margaritas, large but a lot of ice. 160 each. Dinner was a pulled pork sandwich and salad; and blackened Mahi Mahi. The baked potato was a little overdone. The total was 720.

Had a breakfast burrito here and it was just okay. Too many peppers and not enough egg which had no seasoning whatsoever. Don't be afraid of a little salt! The salad around it was good. My partner had what looked to be a traditional American breakfast and she liked it. Prices weren't too high. This restaurant is attached to a hotel. Nice patio, friendly staff.

10/10 recommend coming to eat at El Cajún!

Daniel our server was great and personable. He recommended us dishes to try that were delicious! We are very happy with the service :).

We ordered the beef tacos, shrimp tacos, and fish tacos. All of these were very very good. The meat was all cooked very well and had amazing texture and flavor.

For desert we ordered the cheese cake which was a hit. The toppings were a strawberry compote with fresh strawberries &...

Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, food was fresh and delicious and the cocktails were great (recommend the passionfruit margaritas, espresso martini or the el cajun Gin and tonic if you aren't into frosty cold beer ;) We have eaten here multiple times and can recommend the grilled shrimp tacos, shawarma, seafood chowder, vegan burrito, wing Wednesday, and the Caesar salad. But really, every single thing we ordered was great! We will...
