I’ve been before and I tried it again and it was even worse than the first time. The service is abhorrent. I waited 30 minutes for my drink (two tables in the place). When I was ready to order I waved them over but the server deliberately ignored me. I stood up for the second wave when they did a bit of an eye roll and came over for our order. Our pizza was terrible again. Dry and brittle. Flavorless. We got the Hawaiian and the Pesto. Both bad. I have no idea how you can make a pizza so lacking in flavor. Well done. My son got hurt on the trampoline. He was pushed out and fell on the stairs. The staff saw and ignored it. Had to ask 3 times for ice for his injured back. At this point I wanted to leave. The establishment says it takes cards. I did not have cash. I went to pay but they told me they couldn’t take cards. They said they could take a transfer but wouldn’t provide me with their Clabe number for reasons unknown. They said they were going to get a terminal for taking cards but 10 minutes later they hadn’t come back. I had to go and ask only to find out that they’d driven to another part of town for the terminal. No communication. Staff hiding from us. Kid crying in pain and they never even enquired about him. Staff care more about what’s happening on social media (they’re constantly on their phone) than they do about the customers. I highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. We do not recommend. The service, food & ambiance all ranges from disappointing to horrible. We arrived and no one greeted us, sat us or checked in on us for 10 minutes. When the server finally came over to our table she just stood there and stared at us umcomfortably. We ordered and then 10 minutes later she returns to tell us they don't have an item on the menu that we ordered. The water took forever to arrive and the pizza we did order was tasteless and extremely disappointing. Service was incredibly slow for us being the ONLY table in the restaurant. When we tried to pay it took another 10 minutes or so of standing in the front, knocking on the bar, saying "hola??" and finally using a fork to tap on a water pitcher to get attention so that we could ask for our check and pay, which was also excruciatingly slow to wait for her to find our 1 item on the menu to know how much to charge us. The play area looks old and unstable but my daughter did enjoy it. That was the only positive. However the fact that the restaurant is so large, was empty yet slow, and the server was so uninvested made the whole experience feel awkward and unsettling. They really should consider training their staff better & adjusting their menu instead of constantly being out of items. We will definitely NEVER be going back. If we could give 0 stars for...

The pizza was so dry you could snap it to eat it. Zero red sauce discernible. More like a dry cracker with minimal ingredients on it. The Apple pie was so tasteless that it was hard to believe there were apples in it. The service was so bad. We were the only people there and it took nearly an hour for pizza and 25 mins for the dessert. Had to flag someone down every time we needed anything. They were busy on their phones.
