SAL Y FUEGO PIZZERÍA — Restaurant in Oaxaca

It's a nice place to go with the family, friends and pair. The service is really fast with the drinks, a little slowly with the pizza but really worth it, if you're the kind of person who likes crunchy pizza and incredible flavor with fresh ingredients, this place is for you. If you like feel like very old times, this restaurant have that atmosphere that make you feel in 50's, 60's. It's a vegetarian place too! Very good. The pizza is incredible, they have a sauce of peanut (isn't spicy) that is really amazing and the flavor of pizza is powerful with it, I ordered a pizza "green" (it's a vegetarian style) and "four cheese" with sesame, wow! That had an incredible flavor. The smoothies are so delicious and fresh that you feel you're eat a fresh fruit, and the desserts, the most delicious dessert is a banana cake, that make you feel in the heaven, the tartlets are good but Neapolitan...

Hace años visitamos este lugar cuando aún tenía otro nombre, y la experiencia fue tan buena que le dimos cinco estrellas. Hoy, regresamos con ese grato recuerdo en mente, con mucho apetito y antojo… y lamentablemente, la experiencia dejó mucho que desear.

La atención fue amable, aunque nada fuera de lo común. El ambiente del lugar se mantiene, pero la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas ha bajado considerablemente.

Pedimos dos pizzas y fue decepcionante notar que el queso sabía a uno de baja calidad, y los ingredientes parecían puestos sin integración ni armonía. La orden de pesto parecía más un agua verde que una salsa con carácter, sin aportar sabor real al platillo. La naranjada cumplió su función sin destacar, y el pay de limón resultó ser un postre que apenas sabía ligeramente a queso, sin notas cítricas ni dulces que lo rescataran.

Un detalle importante a considerar: solo aceptan pagos en efectivo.

Nos vamos con un recuerdo destruido, con esa sensación amarga de haber querido revivir algo que ya no existe. Honestamente, no creo volver. Calificación final: 4, solo por la atención y...

Wonderful restaurant with great atmosphere. Would be perfect for a family night out or romantic date. Pizzas had a wonderful thin crust and they were all delicious. Pizza chistorra was the favorite in my group. Salads and sandwiches were all very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the kiwi passion...
