Wings Army Huatulco — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Staying in Huatulco for vacation and I was excited to find a wing and rib joint. But sadly they were the worst ribs I've ever had in my 59 years. And l frequent lots of rib joints . Not only were they an appetizer size small bone, there was no more than about 3 tablespoons of meat in all! 2 of the 3.5" ginger sized bones had No Meat. That's right, not even a nibble. Just 2 bones with sauce! I sent them back and they were replaced, but overall it was a terrible experience. The fries were triple salted and the wings were some of the smallest I've ever seen. We had 2 beers, 2 teeny rib and wing baskets which totalled US$40.00 plus tip. Don't waste your time here if you are seeking a meal. It was a major disappointment and we had to still go find...

This is a decent chicken wing restaurant. Our server was friendly; when I requested crispy wings, that's exactly what we received. The wing size fell within the regular to slightly small range, which is typical nowadays. We also ordered fries and onion rings, both tasted yummy but were pretty standard. na Experiencia Desafortunada con el Servicio

Desafortunadamente, mi visita a Wings Army Huatulco no fue la mejor debido a un mal servicio. Aunque el lugar tiene potencial, la experiencia general se vio empañada por este aspecto negativo.

Es importante mencionar que la calidad de la comida, en general, cumplió con las expectativas. Las alitas, que son la especialidad del lugar, estaban bien preparadas y con buen sabor. Sin embargo, este punto positivo no fue suficiente para compensar las deficiencias en el servicio.

El problema principal radicó en la atención recibida. Hubo una notable lentitud en el servicio, desde la toma de la orden hasta la llegada de los platillos. Además, la comunicación con el personal fue complicada en algunos momentos, lo que generó confusión y retrasos. La falta de atención a los detalles y la poca proactividad del personal fueron evidentes.

Si bien la comida puede ser buena, un servicio deficiente afecta negativamente la experiencia del cliente. En mi caso, la lentitud y la falta de atención restaron valor a la visita.
