Why I have to get pissed off, when I’m just getting my coffee? Today I just came to get a ice coffee to go and after they are prepared it, I asked about the straw. The waitress in the strong form responded to me: this is not my fault, I told to my boss already. Hey boss, bring the straws in your shop if your waiter can’t reach you.
