EL LEGADO - RESTAURANTE BUFFET — Restaurant in Puebla

We landed to this place through a recommendation from the tour booth near the church. We were immediately welcomed by what I believe was the owner. He apologized for not having buffet available, however, he walked us through the whole menu. He recommended the package “De la Casa”. This package was complete, fulfilling and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The service was excellent and while they forgot to put chicken in my chilaquiles, they immediately fixed it, which shows how caring and attentive they are to their customers.

I will come back to this place anytime I visit...

Esta reseña es de hace casi un mes que fui, no había tenido tiempo de hacerla, pero no quería dejarlo pasar. Sin duda, el peor lugar al que he ido. Al llegar nos recibieron y nos comentaron que tenían sólo servicio de buffet y que no tenían comida a la carta. Entramos 4 personas y nos dijeron todo lo que tenían para comer. El chico nos convenció y cuando fuimos a servirnos, no encontramos ni la mitad de las cosas que nos mencionaron, aún así, 3 personas de 4 que íbamos, decidimos quedarnos a comer lo que había (era algo justo por el precio '$250 por persona'), la cuarta persona se salió a buscar algo más, ya que no había algo que le gustara (no tocó ni un plato). La comida dejaba mucho que desear, lo único rescatable eran los chilaquiles y los tuvimos que comer sin queso y sin crema porque jamás los pusieron aunque les dijimos varias veces (hasta ese punto entendimos que tal vez fue porque había mucha gente). Pedimos una jarra de agua que nos llegó hasta que nos llevaron la cuenta y aquí fue donde todo se puso horrible. El hombre que nos estaba atendiendo nos dijo que teníamos que pagar lo de las 4 personas que habíamos entrado aunque solo habíamos comido 3, le dijimos que no íbamos a pagar porque la otra persona no comió, el hombre se enojó y comenzó a regañar horrible a la mesera (ella fue la única que se portó amable en todo momento), le dijo que nos quejamos del servicio por su culpa, cuando no era así. El hombre se alteró y nos dijo que "nos íbamos a ir sin pagar", pero que ellos tenían que pagar por nosotros porque se los iba a cobrar de sus propinas. The restaurant was empty when I came to eat here. But after reading some of the reviews, my friends and I decided to try it. And the food was really delicious. We started off with the choriqueso.
