Hotel Symer — Hotel in Puebla

I was there for a couple days for a business trip the hotel has excellent location , the receptionist called EFRAIN was VERY POLITE & COURTEOUS definitely A FIND GENTLEMAN. Unfortunately if someone wants to visit in the daytime none one is allowed to meet me at my room which I found absurd sense I have so many documents to go through with this person forcing me to find another hotel that accommodate my needs like an elevator it really was a shame because the hotel used to be a good one many years ago didn’t have such a restrictive policies, any way the beds were hard as a Rock & linens were dirty thanks to EFRAIN AS SOON AS I MENTIONED at my arrival HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. The shower head hardly dispenses (( HOT H2-0 only did last 5 minutes, )) definitely the hotel needs to be up dated . $400.00 for one person & $800.00 for 2 does NOT justify the price it’s more like a $250-300 tops! THE hotel POLICY itself it’s UNHEARD VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DAY TIME & I was told the hotel’s door closes at 10:00 pm. Agradable hotel, no es muy lujoso pero tiene lo necesario, limpieza, agua caliente, camas cómodas, tv con cable, un pequeño espacio para colocar ropa, cestos de basura, estacionamiento (No aceptan mascotas). Estuve la última semana de diciembre (3 días), y si algún día regreso a Chignahuapan, volveré a ese hotel; la atención del personal es buena sobre todo la del chico que está en la tarde-noche (Jorge), hay otro señor pero es un poco "especial" (o así lo sentimos). Las toallas las cambian a diario. El costo es bueno en relación a lo que ofrecen, sobre todo porque está en el centro, aunque tal vez podrían dar un poco más.
