Hotel Villa Florida Puebla — Restaurant in Puebla

ONLY APPLIES TO RESTAURANT If you are planning to stay at the hotel and want to eat at the buffet, or casually want to eat at the breakfast buffet in the weekend, DON’T DO IT! My wife and I have been living for 10 years in Puebla now, and have eaten at the buffet for many times. But over the years, the food and the service has gone downhill. Ultimately resulting in our worst experience we ever had, and having to make the decision never to return again. My wife was served rotten eggs and fijoles (beans), and the worst part is that some of the personal told us that there was nothing wrong with it. The captain of the team was rude and reluctant to solve our problem. At the end, we didn’t end up paying for my wife’s buffet, so that was a good solution. But not just her eggs and beans were bad, the whole buffet was bland, without flavor, cold and not a lot of diversity. Save your money, because it is not worth it. The hotel is practically new, it has a private parking so if you are renting a car is just perfect and you can open the door with a card, so you can come back late in the night with no problems, the rooms are big and clean. They have a nice restaurant with Mexican meals, the breakfast is buffet with several options and very cheap (less than 10 usd) so you can start your day there no need to look for a Mexican food around. In front of the hotel there is a pharmacy, Starbucks, OXXO which is practically 24 hrs shop similar to 7eleven where practically you can get whatever you can imagine. in one direction you can go to Atlixco and Cholula, in the opposite direction you can go to Puebla downtown which is very close, no more than 10 minutes by car, so if you are planning to go and visit Puebla and the surroundings this is the perfect place to stay, if you check the hotels with similar prices, they are rubbish compared...
