IHOP — Restaurant in Puebla

It was a very disappointing experience. We went in the evening about two hours before they closed and was unhappy with the service we received and the food as well. It literally tasted as if it was reheated and the pancakes were cold and dry. I'm a huge person to give the benefit of the doubt, but this place wasn't having it. Customer service was not good at all as our server only appeared when he took our order and when gave us the food. After that, I had to physically go look for the man to ask for items as he wouldn't come check on us at all, and the funny thing is that there were only two tables in the entire restaurant that were occupied. The man also appeared to have an attitude problem as when we asked for items like ketchup and hot sauce, he acted as if really bothered him to get them for us. Overall, I don't recommend coming in the evening. Perhaps your luck might be different in the morning/afternoon time. They accept both...

I have gone to IHOP at the United States. I had my doubts here because in Mexico, there are franchises. Well I am greatly surprised by the quality of service, the quality of the food, and the times of service. The food was very good 👌. I was served within a 15 minutes range. The restaurant was packed. Ive been to other ihops in North Carolina so I had a preset idea, and it's pretty similar to any other just that it's in Mexico and it's inspired dishes. You'll arrive and be greeted and introduced to your waiter. We sat beside the kids play area since I was with my son and wife. We 5 while we waited, we took my son to play.
