P.F. Chang's Luxury Hall Angelópolis — Restaurant in Puebla

It was my first time dining at this PF location, and all I can say is the service was terrible, this was a huge disappointment.

First of all the hostess was rude and had an attitude when she got us. The waitress was no different, bringing our food which was cold , our entrees 5 minutes later and not enough with that, they brought our drinks another 10 minutes later.

We even noticed that there was another table next to us and surprisingly they got all of their food and drinks before our table.

Even when we ordered our bill we had to wait around 10-15 minutes, and to no one’s surprise, the table next to us got their bill before (they were checked out and we were still waiting for our bill), while my table had to even get another waiter to get our waitress.

Do I recommend it? No, there are many more options that actually got taste to their food and surely their customer service is the same for all their patrons.

Over all I think the service is only so good if you’re white or if you like bland cold food.

Su “popular de la casa” Pad Thai tiene como descripción del platillo… vegetales y tofu entre otros ingredientes. Yo lo pedí con pollo y se me olvidó pedir que NO llevara huevo cosa que no importó mucho porque yo creo traía 1/4 de huevo. Y ni hablar del tofu ya que solo vi un cubo en el plato. Y las verduras… era zanahoria rallada y colas de cebolla ojo no cebollín, literal comas de cebolla partidas por la mitad. Le comenté mi molestia a la mesera ya que si la descripción dice vegetales uno no esperaría sólo zanahoria rallada y colas de cebollas! Porque sino entonces así como en otros platillos deberían de poner en específico que lleva solo esos dos ingredientes y no “verduras”. La mesera dijo que traería un nuevo platillo con más verduras y de paso sin huevo a lo que accedí, minutos más tarde llego el gerente preguntando cuál era mi molestia cosa que me molestó aún más ya que supuse que para ese momento ya estarían trabajando en mi platillo a lo que repetí por segunda vez lo que le había comentado a la mesera y el gerente me dijo que esas eran las verduras de un platillo tailandés. A lo mejor pensó que en mi vida he comido un platillo tailandés, de verdad que no se de que forma ese comentario iba a ayudar a la situación, pero bueno el punto es que le dije sabe que déjeme el platillo y ya, muchas gracias me urge alimentar a mi bebé. Igual me dijo que me traería otro, cosa que ya le había dicho que no gracias y empecé a comer lo que me habían traído y paseado por el restaurant, a lo que me dijo que para no llevarme mal sabor de boca me haría llegar un postre cortesía de la casa. Al poco rato me trajeron unas verduras semi crudas que solo se desperdiciaron porque nadie se las pudo comer de lo duras que estaban. Cosa que nuevamente no sumó a la solución más bien a la molestia. Y por cierto el postre NUNCA llego. Por lo que creo que la función de los gerentes es para dar cátedras de platillos asiáticos y tachar de ignorantes a los comensales (he como comida tailandesa por lo menos una vez cada 2 semanas durante los últimos 5 años) además de prometer compensación por el mal rato y no enviar nada a la mesa, eso si la cuenta no se les olvidó! Este restaurante en vez de estar en el luxury hall que los manden al de la comida rápida, la atención deja mucho que desear. Además de que no tienen periqueras para bebés/niños. Solo boosters que son muy inseguros para los bebes/niños. Nos trajeron servilletas del bar en vez de servilletas de tela. No volveré...

Horrible service. Took my wife there for her first visit as she wanted to go there for a long time. I had to instruct the waiter (Alexis Isaias) to set up the table, so he only brought bar napkins with a fork, then I had to instruct him to bring the cloth napkins once the food arrived. Then had to ask for the chop sticks. We ordered a piña colada which had giant chunks of ice and they forgot to put rum in it. It was about 6 pm and the waiter claimed to be out of their famous lettuce beef wraps. The most popular items were also on a weird weekday only menu, not served on weekends. Really? The food was decent but not worth it's $190 per dish. A can of coca cola was just as expensive as a bowl of wonton soup.

Needless to say we will not be going back to this restaurant ever nor we recommend...
