Buffalo Wild Wings Paseo Querétaro — Restaurant in Querétaro

I came in on a Friday to ask if they would be able to show a football game that started at 11:00 AM the following day, Saturday. I was enthusiastically assured by two employees that 1) yes, the game would be shown and 2) that the restaurant opened at 10:00 AM and the kitchen opened a bit later (10:30 AM). But regardless, we would be able to enter the restaurant at 10:00 the next morning to watch the game. We were elated as Americans traveling in Mexico who weren’t going to be at home to watch our Texas Longhorns play their first game. We are planning on moving here so we are scouting places to watch Texas Football once we are here. Cut to today (Saturday 8/30)- we arrived at 10:00 and discovered that everything we were told by the employees the day prior was false. We explained to the people we spoke to this AM what we were told, and there were zero apologies made. None. We searched for an hour trying to find a place that was open. Unfortunately our best bet was to wait until BWW officially opened so that we could watch our game. We begrudgingly went in once they officially opened and watched the game without audio since the establishment wasn’t able to make audio happen. Fine. Okay. Whatever. Minus the entire “miscommunication,” the experience here was terrible. The food was awful on top of everything. The least they could do would be to make good wings that aren’t...

Waiting for table was not long. We ordered but it took a while for the food to arrive. However, there was a dish that wouldn’t come out for a long time. The waiter said they needed to take other dishes first. We asked again and he explained it was on its way but fell on the ground. And another dish came with the wrong sauce and took a long time for them to bring it (tiny sauce btw). After eating we asked for the bill and it was wrong, they had to change it like 4 times. Plus, they charged us the sauce we ordered, we asked for it since they got it wrong. We ended up paying it because “they already marked it”. We explained how it was not fair to pay for their mistake and wait for some wings for 30min. The waiter told my friend to ask for dessert so she would have a sweeter life. El día de hoy fui con mi familia por primera vez a consumir a este lugar y la verdad es que nos decepcionó en muchos aspectos, como por ejemplo un servicio lento, no quisieron darnos una bebida que venia incluida dentro de un menú infantil, y la bebida que llevaron ( limonada) estaba sin endulzar, no contaban con aderezos que ofrecian en su carta, cuando nos llevan la orden infantil que habíamos pedido la pedimos con verduras pero nos llevaron papas a la francesa y la gota que derramó el vaso fue que uno de los platillos fuertes (combo con alitas y bonelees) los bonelees eran de un tamaño que parecía que uno de tamaño normal lo habían partido en 4 y esos 4 y la cuarta parte de otro son solo los que recibimos en nuestro platillo. Se le comento todos estos detalles al encargado en turno (según el gerente) y mencionó que lo reviso con el chef ( sin nisiquiera haberse llevado el plato para revisarlo) y que le comento que así eran las porciones que ofrecía el establecimiento. Es un platillo con un costo de $300.00 pesos el pagas por llenarte con papas a la francesa, 2 bastones de apio y 2 de zanahoria. En general, caro para las porciones que ofrecen, mala experiencia en todos los platillos que pedimos y pésima atencion en cuanto servicio al cliente. Sinceramente espero jamas tener que...
