For the first time I walk in thru the cafeteria and made an an order but after the first taste I noticed that it wasn't what I wanted, spoke with associate and ask politely to change my order since it was not my flavor but knowing that in Mexico there is no customer service as we used to this associated with her attitude has reduced change my order like she was the owner of this franchise and I have no option just to request my money back and for that reason I will never go back...

UNA CAFETERÍA YA CONOCIDA.

LA EXPERIENCIA QUE OFRECE STARBUCKS YA CONOCIDA SE REPITE EN DICHO ESTABLECIMIENTO. LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL MUY BUENA (A PESAR DE QUE LA CANTIDAD DE CLIENTES VAYA EN INCREMENTO), LOS ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS ENTREGADOS A COMO EL CLIENTE LOS SOLICITA (FRÍO, CALIENTE, TOSTADO, CON LECHE, ETC), Y LAS INSTALACIONES MUY BUENAS. SE TIENEN ASIENTOS PARA ESTAR MUY CÓMODOS Y DISFRUTAR TU BEBIDA CON CALMA. ASÍ COMO LUGARES PARA TRABAJAR. ALGO A TENER EN CUENTA ES QUE AL ESTAR DENTRO DE UNA PLAZA, EN OCASIONES LA CONCURRENCIA DE GENTE PUEDE SER ABRUMADORA. PERO HAY DE EN FUERA, ES TODO LO QUE ME GUSTA DE DICHA CADENA. Y TAMBIÉN QUE NO CUENTA CON BAÑO PROPIO, SI SE DESEA IR AL SANITARIO, TENDRÍA QUE SER A LOS DE LA PLAZA. ESTÁ DEMÁS PERO MENCIONAR QUE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO CUENTA CON WI-FI Y CONEXIÓN DE LUZ. RECOMENDABLE PARA IR SOLO O ACOMPAÑADO.

EN GENERAL, EL STARBUCKS YA CONOCIDO PERO DENTRO DE UNA...

Creo que ya es una práctica de todos los Starbucks, por eso creo que es el peor café de todos solo que la gente que se cree de la alta sociedad y no tiene ni idea de café consume en este lugar carisimo y con falta de sabor real, el café súper aguado, los trabajadores de aquí que por lo general son jóvenes sin experiencia ni conocimiento de atención al cliente, atienden de una manera pésima, si se les acaba un producto no les importa esperan a que llegues a la caja después de haber hecho una fila de media hora para decirte que no tienen ese producto, en lo personal es el peor Starbucks al que he ido, si tienen oportunidad mejor vayan al de jardines, siguen haciendo los cafés bien y tienen un poco más de sabor a café real, en galerías siempre sabe a agua todo. Si quiere un buen café creo que Tim Hortons ofrece café de calidad...
