Toks — Restaurant in Querétaro

Where can I start. Service very bad took really long to be seated even though there were multiple open tables. When finally seated, the waiter took a long time to come to our table . The waiter was very rude and ddint seen interested in taking the order correctly. We ordered a few plates to share the parrillada mixta was a total failure we were missing several cuts of meat and vegetables when we asked what had happened the manager was called. The manager looked at us like we had lied about missing items and even said we'll I need to see a picture to even know if that is true. We were then offered to replace the missing things, but still, the portions were so small, and they still missed other things. By the way, one of the missing items was beans, which we later found burned at the bottom Honestly, the only friendly person was the person who dropped off the food they rest were incredible...

Querétaro, Querétaro. I think this is a good restaurant. It is very big, with many windows and good lighting. The decoration is nice. I ate gratin Toks chilaquiles, grapefruit juice and chopped fruit. The chilaquiles were very good, really delicious. The juice is a little bitter, but pleasant. I loved fruit with honey. My boyfriend enjoyed the food. We both had dessert. He ordered carrot cake and I ordered strawberry and chocolate ice cream. The servers were nice and very friendly. The price was okay, it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't expensive either....

Really nice restaurant with lots of of great menu options. You are guaranteed to find some you like on the menu. I ended up going back the next night with my colleague. The “aqua de dia” or drink of the day is a pleasant surprise. It was different on both days. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is located in walking distance from the Fairfield Inn Hotel where I was staying.
