P.F. Chang's Antea — Restaurant in Delegación Félix Osores

Three of us went for dinner and decided to try the dinner for four, which was two appetizers, soup, and choice of four main dishes. One would hope, while expect your dinner to be served in that manner. We got one appetizer to our table, asked about the second and were told its coming right away. Well, it didnt come and next was our four main dishes. We asked about the soup and again about the second appetizer. Told again, coming right away. We were almost finished dinner, then the soup came. We asked again about the appetizer and again told its coming right away. We finished dinner and again asked about the second appetizer. Finally it came on a serving board,, a califorinia roll. The ginger was dried out on the plate and stuck to the plate. My wife asked the waiter a couple of questions about the sushi as it was dried out. The answer was the window in the kitchen was open and that may have dried it a bit. What a line of total bs. First off it was 20 degrees outside and raining. The climate is not going to to dry food out like that and that fast. The sushi was like eating sawdust. Yes, the absolute worst sushi I have tried in my life.. disgusting. The food was very very salty. Looking at it overall you couldnt pay me to eat there again....

Multiple times this has happened now. We go for the 2-1 menu, we order sushi strictly from that promotion menu. They bring out completely different sushi that we didn’t order. We ask for them to take it back and give us correct sushi. They say no. We get charged full price AND MORE THAN WHATS PRICED ON THE MENU. We protest it without eating and they throw a fit. Is this a scam or just the worst and most incompetent service? One time is a mistake, twice in 2 weeks is a scam.

Please answer: Why we order select items, different items come out. We say that’s not what we order and the restaurant refuses to take back the item.

Why are items on the bill more expensive than what’s advertised on menu?

Why does it take over 45 minutes to get a manager to talk to them about this. And this time he...

First of all. The chain Pfchan’s in Mexico has better food than the US. And folks this is a fact.

I had been visiting this restaurant across Mexico and the flavor never let down. Always good and amazing as usual.

This review is not based on a one-time visit. I have been living in Queretaro for the last year. I have visited this restaurant at least 10 times.

And always I got super bad attention. The waiter’s too rude’s

Yesterday was my last visit and I had an awful experience

15 minutes to place my order. ( if you want lean Six Sigma Consultant I raise my hand )

The lobby and restrooms are dirty (every visit I had always the same )

The waiter was rude to me and my wife. (too rude)

Anyway, I always gonna recommend the food in this place but never the service and this...
