It's such a beautiful establishment where all servers are super nice and highly skilled. The food was great and our server was very knowledgeable and well mannered. He explained the meaning of the food, it's history as well as the hotel overall. He seemed to be very passionate about what he did, and I respect those who know what they do and they love what they do.
I had Cochinita, and it was delicious. It came with tortilla and three condiments, of which had spicy harbabero sauce. I love spicy food so the condiments provided were good to make things more interesting and unique.
Of course, like other places in Edition, they are not cheap but I would say it's worth it.
