My wife and I like to write down the dinners that most pleased us on trips. In Austria we eat wonderful meat, accompanied by seasoning with dark fruits. In the interior of France we eat the best foie gras of all time. In NYC we always have time to return to the spectacular Marea, Scalini Fedeli and the welcoming Erminia. Today we were able to add another restaurant to the list of unforgettable ones: Sands, inside the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. As a starter I ordered a hot seafood dish, although the option to order it cold is offered. Try it! The main dish was white fish (Hiramaza) without thorns accompanied by corn taken from the cob.
