Serenity Beach Club Xpu-Ha — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Very expensive, even for European prices it would be expensive. They forgot one dish which was included in our menu and started to close everything. We remind them about the desert. It took long time that it came. We have to ask for it 3 times because they forgot about it. We thought the quite expensive prices are because of nice place and services they offer. In the end we had not a nice surprise that to the official bill they add extra service fee and also tips extra, which they decided already. I don't think that for that service we are obliged to pay so much extra. And we relaxed there only 20 minutes (a part of waiting for desert), we didn't stay few hours on the sunbeds. In conclusion the food was good, portions rather small, pricey but it would be okay for the service but then the service wasn't included. So of you add to the bill two extra fees, you should inform about it before in the menu, because we don't take much money to the beach, cause we stay in water most of the time, so if the bill is much higher than you expect, we might not have enough money left for the transport back,...

We chose Serenity Glamping because it seemed like the location and beach were a bit more secluded, meaning we wouldn’t have to deal with crowded shores. Wrong. It was completely packed—Mallorca Ballermann vibes. One bar after another, both blasting loud club music. Ocean sounds? Not a chance. Since the glamping site had its own Serenity Beach Bar, we were looking forward to having a private beach experience. Wrong again. If you didn’t make a reservation as a guest, tough luck. Visitors from other hotels—or even from outside the area—got the best spots, and it was completely overcrowded. As a Serenity Camping guest, you might get lucky sometimes, but most of the time, you were just ignored. If guests aren’t prioritized, then don’t name the beach bar after the hotel. The beach could be beautiful—if it weren’t so overrun and packed with people. And the loud music? You can hear it inside your tent, even at night. Nice place to spend the whole day, we had great lunch for an reasonable price. The provided beach beds have been very comfortable and clean. If you consume drinks or fod those beds for free. The food and cocktails provided by our waiter Kopa- he did an amazing job to let us feel good- have been very good. They provide shower and clean toilets close by. The area is good for snorkelling close to the beach , so I was able to look my 8 year old son with me to watch a lot different fish and coralles. We can just recommend this place even you pay the entrance fee of 50 Pesos each person also for kids, you may get back when you leave when you keep your bracelets in good original shape and do not leave to late.
