Absolutely phenomenal experience at Carmelitas on Stone Island! From the moment we arrived, Alejandro and the entire staff made us feel like family. The service was beyond exceptional—our drinks never hit empty, and the energy was infectious.

The food? Unreal. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the atmosphere—we laughed and laughed, great company, and top-notch hospitality.

If you’re in Mazatlán, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Carmelitas on Stone Island. A true mazatleco...

Great place to stay or eat. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Several staff speak English and if they don’t, are quick to get someone who does. Beds are comfortable. One of the cleanest and well maintained places I have seen on the island. They keep the grounds super clean. Food is good and pretty quick and they are open to making something not on the menu. The views are spectacular and some of the best beachfront tanning area. Not enough nice things to say about the owner Anna and her hard working team....

We spent the day at Carmelita's on Stone Island in Mazatlan. We absolutely loved it. We had a group of 32 and they allowed us to spend the day there and use their chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. We bought drinks throughout the day and had lunch. The food and drinks were great and priced reasonably. Anna and her staff were so kind and helpful. We would recommend spending the day here and we can't wait to go back. Thank you...

One my favorites on isle de la piedra. Fun place to hang on the beach, have some food, and a beverage. Food and drink prices and quality are typical of the area and thus fair. Chorizo burrito is great. OJ is fresh squeezed. Get a Pacifico ballena in bucket of ice and relax. Service can be a bit slow but it's not always easy to get good help after Covid. Regular staff are very attentive. Everyone is friendly.
