They need to republish and post their real hours of operation! Arrived promptly at 6 pm, having arrived at 8 pm the previous evening and found the place a zoo, packed full with at least 25 people waiting! I left promptly! After standing 5 min, (6:05 pm) while they mopped floors, cleaned tables, (no food was being prepped) the charcoal was started, but nothing cooking yet! (Note again, their posted hours are open at 6 pm) I was invited to sit down while being told they don't open till 6:30! I pointed out their online posted hours, open at 6 pm, to no avail! By 6:30 the place was 2/3rds full, they started taking orders at about 7 pm! 7 pm was madhouse flurry of activity, prepping food, cooking food, covering plates with plastic bags ect! I bet first table was not served till 7:30 a full 1.5 hours after the posted online opening hours! (Note the first table served, was not me, even though I was the first customer of the day, read other reviews to see how that works at this taqueria) Plus since nothing was cooked or prepped, the first orders out, the chili's and sauteed onions, green onions were raw uncooked! Point is, they REALLY don't open till 8 pm! Food was VERY GOOD, GENERIOUS PORTIONS, FAIRLY PRICED! Their carne asada is second to none, their quesadillas con carne have more beef than anyone else! Upsetting part, is the published hours are a falsehood! Other side of that, if you show up at 8, you won't...

The tacos here are great; they serve asada(steak), tripa (tripe) and "al pastor" tacos and all of them have AMAZING flavor I don't know how they season their meat but it is definitely some of the best-tasting meat on any taco I've ever had.
They also have nopal tortillas which are green and they're tortillas are hand-made.
They serve a variety of variations like quesadillas, tostadas, tacos and a sort of double taco (where two tortillas on both ends with meat and cheese in the middle; think of a taco sandwich type-of-deal.) Overall you will enjoy the different styles and variations.
As you walk in its a very nice and clean place with several different tables. Your server comes and asks what you will be having and they bring it to you as well as a tray with cucumbers, guacamole Salsas and limes.
They serve you fairly quickly (even on busy nights) and you will without a doubt leave home full and satisfied with your...
Read moreIf you are an adventurous foodie like me, this is THE place for some authentic, delicious and inexpensive Mexican food. I tried Torito with Adobada, Papa Asada, Vampiro with Asada, and Chorreada with Asada. I especially loved Torito! I loved them so much I visited it two nights in a row 🤪 🌮
This is a very busy dinner eatery so expect a wait. During dinner time, this place is filled with mostly locals from what I could tell. The waiters/waitresses don’t speak much English but we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish. They cook the meat in an open i kitchen inside the restaurant so it’s a bit smoky but it didn’t bother us.
I would go all the time if I live...
