Yuzu Mar & Grill — Restaurant in Sinaloa

Normally always 5 stars. So I will put 5 stars. Food is always really consistent, always good. But service was just below what you should expect. It was just one star today. During ordering we said really want the starters first and after that the main courses. The waiter even asked it himself if we wanted it all together or first the starters. So it was totally clear. Finally we all got it together, so main courses were getting cold. Also you get salsas on the table and the last 1.5 year you need to ask for the tostadas so you can enjoy the salsas. That’s fine because of wasting them. But today we were getting 3 tostadas for a table of 7 persons.

One of us had a dish with tortillas, we finally had to ask 3 times. And everybody finished dinner when it arrived.

Normally we would have gone for a desert but the service of today didn’t let us enjoy the dinner. The kitchen though was excellent like always.

So let’s hope they get the staff more aligned what you should expect in a restaurant. Because it is one of favourite in Mazatlan . That’s why still a 5 stars because one time a mistake, in the many times we have come shouldn’t hurt their score. But I just hope the restaurant will see this and takes action. So in the future we can...

What a great experience I had from the beginning until the end. The place have a nice environment with excellent service. The waiters arrived when they had to and they didn't overwhelmed me at any point. And the music is just perfect for the place that is decorated in a modern and clean way.

The food was simply the best I have had in Mazatlan. I just tried seafood this time but they offer you lots of options from the grill and also pastas.

The drinks I had from the bar where very good and the speed of the service was fast too.

For the quality of the products they use to make the dishes, the beautiful presentation of the food and drinks plus the excellent service. I consider this place fairly priced overall and a great option...

Antes eramos clientes de por lo menos dos veces casa tres semanas, ya no, yo no se que les está pasando pero servicio es pésimo, ya van dos ocasiones en las que voy con mis familiares y la verdad el servicio en todo menos en preguntarnos que si ya queremos algo para beber, que si ya vamos a ordenar, que si nos hace falta algo mas, o sea NADA!!! , literalmente tuve que estar cazando meseros....

Lo mismo me ocurrió hace unos meses en que fuimos 12 personas a festejar un cumpleaños, no tienen las minimas atenciones y no , nobestaban ocupados, porque literalmente ademas de nosotros solo tenian 2 mesas mas... que pena porque fue uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, usualmente, es lo que nos hacia regresar siempre, comida y servicio, y pues la comida está bien, pero el servicio es pésimo , les deje solamente el 5% (de mi consumo) de propina por el PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCION, pero si ni siquiera lo merecían en vrd.

Ahhhhhh, y es el primer restaurante en Mazatlan en el que se me sirve un clericot a la mitad...

Sinceramente que pena que no capaciten mejor a sus empleados y que a los empleados no les interese en lo absoluto...
