Overshadowed by sub-par service and lack of staff communication, Barracuda Bob's tasty food doesn't outshine its weaknesses.

Form the get go, there was significant delay in getting our coffees. Multiple staff members had to ask several times what our order was, showing a lack of communication and organization. Our food was served 40 minutes later, cold or barely lukewarm.

Food itself, however, was very tasty. So there's that.

Mind you, our experience was in the middle of a busy weekend so your mileage may vary, but I believe a restaurant should be evaluated in its "worst-case scenario" and it certainly left...

Stopped to eat lunch and what a pleasant surprise it was😃. My hubby ordered the carne asada tacos (3) and I picked the shrimp tacos (3). They both came with refried beans. My hubby took 1 of my shrimp tacos and gave me one of his carne asada tacos so we could try both. Our taste buds were dancing with joy, the food was very good😋. Barracuda Bob's is one of the best go-to places for a great breakfast or lunch. All the staff are friendly, and a regular crowd is always there daily, like clockwork. We went there for brunch after church with a large group, and all the breakfast meals coming out looked great. Our waiter was Fast Eddie, and he's worked there for years.
