I came here yesterday. First off, I want to say that our server (did not catch his name) was absolutely lovely and a ray of sunshine. I have celiacs disease and told the waiter about needing only corn tortillas for the carne asada tacos, without cross contamination on the grill from the flour tortillas etc. I know that gluten issues are not as widely known about in Mexico, but I just feel the need to leave this review as my meal here made me INCREDIBLY sick. Just a warning to anyone else who may be eating gluten free. I don't know if it was the tortillas, or cross contamination of some kind, but I just wanted to give a heads up since I don't see any other reviews referencing this topic. Visited Colin’s on the first day of my trip, needed some quick food near my hotel. Drinks were good (nothing to write home about), but I’ll never complain about a blended margarita haha. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE SIRACHA SHRIMP TACOS. I almost ordered the normal shrimp tacos & my server politely guided me to these instead & he was 200% correct.
