Downtown Nogales — Restaurant in Sonora

Tamarind margaritas were bitter and we could not taste any tequila (and i am a light weight). They gave us a shot but it was unusually sweet. They claimed it was tequilia even though we saw that they filled the shotglasses with 2 different bottles. The chimi in the mexican combination had potato in it. The chili relleno was inappropriately chilly like it came out of the fridge. The rice and frijoles were tepid. We should have gone across the street to Leos where the food is hot with better portions...and tasty tamarind...

During the day staff tends to be slow when taking your order and the food is decent, not the best in flavor. At night when they turn it into a club the music is great and have screens everywhere with a DJ mixing live using nothing but music videos. Saturdays is when it gets really crowded but would recommend for a fun night out. Remember to carry ID because they will check at night, club portion starts after 10pm Thrusday-Saturday.
