This is a nice museum where the building previously served as the City Hall of Nogales. They have some interesting historical information as well as artifacts and some beautiful antique pieces of furniture. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There are several rooms to walk through to see everything. They depend on donations. We enjoyed our visit.

Stumbled in here randomly when I had an hour to kill, and I really enjoyed this museum! It's free but it's nice to drop something in their donation box. Particularly enjoyed the exhibit about Henry Flipper, a guy who was born a slave, was the first black graduate of West Point, and ended up working in the border/Nogales region.

You have to sign your name and give a donation when you come in. Awesome dia de los muertos memorials and crazy looking smoking skeletons with dresses staring at you.

This museum is simply wonderful. I am fairly up on the history of southern Arizona and I can't say how much I learned from the wonderful docents here. They are either from here, they live here and they are all passionate about history. it shows in their knowledge but also their presentations. Really, really worth the trip if you love history! They...
