Had lunch at Las Marias today (4/23/24). The salsa was fabulous - I ate the whole bowl of it. Then came my meal - Chile Rellenos. Small and cozy, we had a delicious lunch of huevos con mole, tacos dorado de res, and chilequiles. The lovely chef swapped the salsa roja for verde on the chilequiles- magnífico! We will happily return and bring friends.
