With an attempt to save a couple of dollars, KFC seems to be installing an automated menu system similar to what Mcdonald's has. This has impacted my entire dining experience here. Here's the problem, using that menu requires training; training I am not willing to volunteer for. It is stressful, creates anxiety and takes a lot longer to figure out then just telling somebody what your order is, especially when you have to go back around and correct the errors in the order that you did incorrectly. Putting this menu system in place is presumptive and insulting to customers. I have no desire to work for KFC for free, and I absolutely refuse to order through this...

The food was delicious, and I really appreciate that they now have self-order machines that make the process much quicker and prevent long lines. A staff member even helped me take my food to my table, which was very kind and made my visit more pleasant. Most of the staff was friendly, but the only downside was at the end when I asked for a lid for a drink I hadn’t touched and decided to take home with me and was told they only provide lids for to-go orders. Read morePésimo servicio; he venido en repetidas ocasiones.. o “no está funcionando la máquina”, “No hay nada” O SEAAA, en el restaurante de pollo “no tienen POLLO”. Estábamos 4 carros en el drive, los 3 de adelante se fueron sin comprar por esta causa.. o sea, en el ‘drive exprés’ pedimos, decidimos esperar, pero hicieron que nos viniéramos 20 minutos al estacionamiento, esperamos 25 (tomé literalmente el tiempo) y al pasar de nuevo, nos dijeron que volviéramos al estacionamiento, que ellos nos traerían la comida; no nos preguntaron ni siquiera el sabor de la bebida 😅 y decidieron por ellos mismos el complemento de nuestro “megabox”, no conformes con la media hora que teníamos esperando, a los 5-10 minutos vienen al estacionamiento a preguntar QUÉ ERA NUESTRO PEDIDO 😅.. desconozco totalmente si es cuestión de empleados, sucursal, administración, etc. pero que mala impresión, atención y sabor de boca le dejan a los...
