We found this gem on one of our walks through Valle de Bravo and were not disappointed. It deserves a Michelin rating because the food is excellent, the service is topnotch, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I had the seafood pasta, which had all fresh ingredients including the pasta made on the premises. My husband had Spaghetti Bolognesa which he said was the best he'd ever tasted! You could tell that the chef cooked with love as it was reflected in the food.
We met both the owner and chef who are brothers. The owner, who was such a gracious host, stopped by our table several times to ensure we were enjoying our meals... a very nice touch given how busy they were.
